Sutton Utd have confirmed matchday arrangements for their National League Cup group stage fixture against West Bromwich Albion U21. The game kicks off at 7pm on Tuesday at the VBS Community Stadium, with entry via Gate A only for this unsegregated fixture.
General admission tickets are required, as season tickets are not valid for this competition. Supporters can purchase tickets online or at the turnstiles on the day, but not from the ticket booth or office. Season ticket collections are available from the ticket office.
Turnstiles, the Club Shop, Food Kiosks, the Supporters’ Club Hub and Rowlen’s Bar will all open from 5:30pm. The Fanzone bar and food kiosk will be closed, as will the Parkside and Curva Terraces. Foster’s beer will be sold in all home bars for £3.50.
The starting team will be announced at 6:00pm, with first-team warm-ups beginning at 6:15pm. If the match is level after 90 minutes, a penalty shootout will decide a winner, who receives one extra point. Rowlen’s Bar and the Club Shop will stay open at half-time, with the bar remaining open after full-time.
Sutton Utd go into the cup tie looking to bounce back from a 2-0 home defeat to Boreham Wood last Friday, a result that leaves them 13th in the National League with 18 points from 13 games. The match offers a chance to build momentum before a tough league trip to second-placed Harrogate Town on 24 October.
